One thing I really hate recruiters is that I don’t understand why they are always asking for your mobile phone number, when we have so many online alternatives like Google Hangouts / Skype… I once met a really bad recruiter that he called my company’s phone and claimed that he is client of <My Company Name>, while I was never working on any consulting projects…

Come on, when you are hiring IT professionals why do you use the old-fashioned offline way?
